Rooms, studios, and suites accommodate both couples and single residents. The central 'Village Club' together with all it's activities provides the community space and the 24/7 care staff are on hand to assist with dressing, washing, cleaning, cooking and other daily needs.


The residential care home also provides respite care and short term stays in the beautiful and relaxing countryside surroundings. Close to both Ross-on-wye and Gloucester, Longhope is accessible from the A40 which runs through Gloucestershire on it's way to London and beyond.


Rated outstanding by the Care Quality Commission with particular emphasis on leadership and responsive care. Mention was made of the village clubhouse which provides access to facilities including spa treatments educational and recreational classes, use of the internet and also a restaurant for people to book and dine out. People were able to enjoy a range of hobbies and interests, whilst also having the opportunity to develop skills and interests they had not previously explored.


People consistently commented on how happy they were living at Longhope Manor residential care home and particularly commented on the lack of restrictions, the staff and providers' attention to detail, and the positive relationships they had with all staff.
